There are over 5000 designs online, and Our customers come from all over the world everyday. So, some items may out of stock or there may be insufficient products to complete the order during the order processing stage. Our customer service staff will contact you and provide you with a status update.We prefer that you can choose some similar price items as replacement.Also a partial Refund is available.
Return & Exchange
1. Order Cancel
Full refund could be offered if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. You must contact us immediately once you decide to cancel the order. We do not accept order cancellation request after 24 hours or the orders have been shipped.
2. Exchange
Wrong style, size or color could be accepted Exchange.But, Due to the high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment.
Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.
3. Refund
If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. As you know, it will be high tax to import the textile from other country in China. After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs tax cost to pay. And shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.

4. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.
5.Damage Items
Kindly check all the items when you get the order package , If there are some damange items, pls take clear pictures to show the damage position and send us email to support@amichic.com . The after sale service will check and reply you in time . Pls noted that we gladly accept to get your damage pictures within 3 days from the date of receipt.
You must contact us in time. We will not process your damange items after you signed the package for over 3 days.
